Every week my search company sends me a report on the searches conducted on this site (Privacy: I only know what the search is, and have no idea who sent it). I then sort out the most relevant searches and compile them below. This is regularly updates, so if your search doesn't work, come back to this page in a week or two's time afterwards and you may find the answer. If you wish to find any information regarding bullying - or occupational health & safety - that you can't readily find on this site conduct a search or send me an email and ask me. I check and answer email daily. OH&S news (including bullying) can be found on the companion site to this one - OHS database. The news page can be found at: http://www.sangrea.net/ohs_dbase/db_about.htm. 7 May 2003 "bullying posters" and "bullying pictures" - free large size bullying pictures/posters: Due to popular demand, there is now a specialist bullying picture page, where new images will be shown. If you would like me to make a bullying image for you, feel free to contact me. As well, your union may be able to supply anti-bullying posters. The Australian Psychological Society also supplies anti-bullying posters. 2 April 2003 "bullying

Other issues that concern construction workers such as working at heights (clause 56) are covered in other parts of the Regulation. "pictures of bullying"

a lot of logos and diagrams. You do need to keep copyright issues in mind. 6 March 2003 "eye wash bath" - often
risk assessment. May be specific provisions in some Codes of Practice
(eg. hazardous substances). Some useful links: "jack stands" - Example safe work procedures (NOHSC); Car Jack Fatalities (NOHSC) "nsw construction safety act regulations" - repealed, see OHS Act 2000 and OHS Regulation 2001 "safety equipment" - see Machinery / Plant in OHS Database "safety showers" - see codes of practice in Amenities in OHS Database "legal cases" - go to Austlii database and conduct case name search, perhaps searching on the "any of these words" option. Note: due to privacy laws I cannot legally put cases on this site. Austlii is configured so that search engines cannot index it. "ohs policy" - try

The answer, of course,
varies. Here are some case
histories. In the end one would like to think that a person would
use the multitude of information on the internet (including this site)
to resolve the problem, if resolvable. 21 September 2002 Overwork and
