UNOFFICIAL OHS DATABASE
In NSW, employers must provide first aid facilities that are adequate for the immediate treatment of injuries and illnesses at each place of work, and a trained first aid officer must be provided if more than 25 people are employed.
First aid provisions, including specifications for the contents of first aid kits, are covered under clause 20 of the Occupational Health & Safety Regulation 2001.
